Seeking an Executive Director to help start-up a regional utility authority, the North Florida Water Utility Authority. The Authority has a 5 member Board and serves both Columbia and Suwannee Counties. With the financial support of both County Commissions, the Authority began operations in 2024 and will provide both water and wastewater services.
