ON THE COVER: Pompany Beach Utilities Department operates and maintains a water reuse plant called Our Alternative Supply Irrigation System (OASIS). The reuse water, which is used for irrigation, is made by diverting water headed to the Atlantic Ocean from the North Broward Regional Treatment Facility to the reuse plant.
