Salary: $45.57-$59.24/hour based on qualifications
Plus $1,000 sign-on incentive

We’re seeking an experienced manager who will

• Oversee regulatory compliance, operation, and maintenance of four regional wastewater treatment facilities
• Support treatment process optimization, safety programs, process control, environmental compliance, reclaimed water distribution, and asset management activities
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple construction projects from development through completion
• Develop project plans, proposals, cost estimates, and budgets; monitor expenditures and timelines; and provide accurate reporting while overseeing key program managers and teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in environmental engineering or related field
• 5 years relevant experience in treatment plant operations, construction, supervisory-level management, or engineering
• Additional relevant experience may substitute for degree on year-for-year basis
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional Engineer license, Professional Wastewater Operator license, or eligibility for licensure in Florida for either license type
