Salary: $117,137 – $128,850 DOQ

The City of Clearwater seeks a senior utility leader to provide executive oversight for engineering and key administrative support functions, including capital project delivery, utility planning, design review, consultant/contractor coordination, budgeting, compliance coordination, asset management, business systems, and SCADA support coordination. Position reports to the Public Utilities Director and serves on the department’s executive leadership team.

Requires bachelor’s degree in a related field, five years of responsible utility-related experience, including two years of supervisory/managerial experience, and valid driver’s license. Master’s degree, Florida P.E., and large capital program leadership experience preferred.
